Before completion of the development, our construction and project manager will inspect theproperty with you and make sure you are completely satisfied.
Your home will be allocated a finishing foreman who would have worked on the construction of your home, giving them an intimate knowledge of the workings putting him in best place for fault finding, should therebe any. They will be a person of good character, known by us for years leading to a relationship of trust between you and the individual.This foreman will be assigned to you for one year post completion; a service not seen anywhere else!
